A really good first experience of Ryokan and Onsen. Courteous, helpful and welcoming staff, excellent
choice of baths. Lovely atmospheric room, great local cuisine and perfect location. We didnt miss anything and would like to stay one week more in this relaxing atmosphere.

We have all greatly enjoyed our stay here. The staff have all been very friendly and accommodating.
The food has been exquisite and a unique experience for us. We will certainly be recommending Kokuya and Shibu Onsen to everyone.

We have loved visiting Kokuya hotel. Our room was beautiful, the food was very nice and was wonderfully presented. You have made us feel very welcome. Gochisoosama!
The best experience was outdoor bath in our room, Monkey park and visiting the top of Mount Higashitateyama in Shigakougen.
